Coalescence Consulting is led by directors Karen Johnson and Mark Davies.

Karen Johnson is an organisational development specialist and experienced senior manager, while Mark Davies is an accomplished chief executive with many years experience of leading large, complex organisations. They hold significant leadership and management experience in their own right, so understand the issues faced by complex organisations. What makes Coalescence different is the ability to interpret each individual client's needs and deliver what really is needed, tailor made for each client.

Karen and Mark lead a highly skilled and well-trusted team. They bring together a wide range of specialist, professional and administrative skills and include researchers, coaches, facilitators, actors, writers, academics… and horses.
