Team Performance
Working with teams is a signature product of Coalescence Consulting. We pride ourselves in being able to help tackle the most intractable and challenging problems and in helping clients devise action plans that improve team performance.
We use the full range of diagnostic tools and interventions and we have an excellent reputation for working with organisations facing key challenges from turnaround to foundation trust applications.
We are experienced in working with teams of differing sizes and seniority, across all health sectors. We work with teams who wish, for example, to improve their own performance, unlock a thorny issue or develop their strategic thinking.
We can also work with you individually as a leader of a team, to help you improve your own and your team's performance. We are used to pressurised environments and understand what its like to work in highly politicised systems.
The work we do in this area includes:
- Team Coaching- a powerful way of understanding the team's strengths and weaknesses, pulling out the real issues and finding a way through even the most difficult problems;
- Mediation- working with groups within and/or between organisations to help seek out the right solution;
- Conflict Resolution- working with teams to unlock challenging problems, as well as organisational and personal friction;
- Team Away Days- can range from focused sessions at a venue to suit you, to a more relaxed style 'retreat' at one of Coalescence's bases in the country.
