Fiona Vallis
Fiona’s varied education and management career includes managing an NHS hospital trust recruitment service, and leading a variety of training and development-related projects as a consultant for several health trusts. She has also been responsible for business process development and staff training for an IT implementation project at the University of Bath.
Her background includes a decade in secondary school education, before she moved on to administrative management and training at the University of Bath. Fiona extended her experience as staff development manager at a large hospital trust. This role involved designing and delivering training programmes and development opportunities for staff, and included the successful launch of the Managing Health and Social Care programme.
