Caroline Taplin
Caroline has over 18 years human resources and organisational development experience across the private and public sectors, and holds a number of post graduate qualifications in management, training and development. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a registered user of a number of psychometric tools including MBTI, OPQ and the NHS LQF.
Caroline began her career in the financial services sector before moving into personnel. Since 1993 she has worked in leadership and management training across sales, IT, customer services, and the NHS. All of her roles have involved designing, developing, delivering and evaluating impact in management, leadership and team development.
