Karen Johnson

Karen works with the coachee to view a wider range of options, unlock complex situations, overcome barriers and determine a progressive course of action that will meet their desired outcome.

As the founder director of Coalescence Consulting, Karen brings a comprehensive range of specialist skills and experience to the coaching relationship. Her background includes significant work in the private and voluntary sectors, and more than 20 years in health and social care roles. She offers extensive clinical, managerial and organisational development experience.

Her career experience is augmented with an academic qualification acquired at the School of Coaching in London, on the Executive Coaching programme.
