Caroline Taplin

Caroline focuses on helping the individual to build on their self-awareness and competence to recognise and appreciate their key strengths. She utilises a variety of tools to supplement the coachees picture of themselves, understanding their impact on the workplace to date, and how they can maximise their performance.

A senior human resources and organisational development consultant with nearly 20 years experience in both the private and public sectors, Caroline is recognised for providing inspiration, energy, creativity and commitment. She combines these qualities with expertise in coaching, mentoring, effective team building and performance management to lead and deliver innovative business change initiatives. As well as postgraduate qualifications in management, Caroline holds FCIPD status.
