It has helped me to be clearer in my analysis of issues

I feel supported by the group in a way that really helps my self-esteem at work.

I have found other people’s stories / experiences have reinforced my belief that we all have so much in common that when shared we can help each other and not feel separate/alone.

I have become better at seeking and finding help at work.

It is currently providing me with a little oasis of security in a turbulent time!

Joining a learning set has given me the opportunity of mixing with senior managers from other organisations. It has been extremely useful to hear about the challenges they face both for my professional and managerial development because I realise that we are all in the same boat.
